Besides the background, the first thing I noticed was the legs. The legs turned out pretty good, I really like that it begins to disappear when they begin to go higher up on the body, until it is just simply an outline of the torso. I really like how you did that.
The bottom of the pants could be a little more flared. I only say this because I keep mistaking the pants for socks. But the bottom of the pants can vary depending on what type of pants you are drawing. It's not that big of a deal, but I felt like pointing it out for you.
Now for the shoes, that is a bit harder for me to critique cause I'm not good at feet at all. But something about the shape seems a bit off. Example one of the shoes have a bit of a curve while the other one seems to do a hill like curve.
The effect of the body, arms and head is a really good effect. It's like electricity, it make me feel energized when I look at it. It's like showing the energy inside this person, and I enjoy that feeling when I look at it.
Finally I absolutely love the background, the dark background and the lighter effects contrast nicely with each other making the background wonderful to look at. The background also goes well with the electric like body.
So in general I like this picture. I like to be able to look at it, it is very appealing to the eye.

It's kinda cool to know that you don't see exact shapes but the blrury ones so..It makes it that cooler now Lol..
and I know you don't typically critique but what I do know it that you do expres yourself very well and..your critique was the pruf(f?) so yeah XD...
